Stories Worth Sharing
In March 2007, I shared a week with a group of 30 others on a Sacred Peace Walk. I was one of three people to walk those miles in total silence, meditating on the surrouding beauty, trying to stay open to whatever lessons or insights I was meant to receive. By the time we completed the 70 miles from Las Vegas to the Mercury Nuclear Test Site, more than 100 people came out to the Nevada Desert to join us. It was a moving and penetrating experience, filled with stories and surprises. Over time, I will add stories, anecdotes and reflections to this page. For now, I offer a handful of photos, below. If you look at the combination of the expression on people's faces and the vastness of the desert, you may get a sense of the wonder that was shared.
